Q:  What if I refer someone? Do I get anything?

SCP_wheelA:  Yes.  If you refer someone to us and they engage us for 3 regular cleans (home or office), you’ll get $20 off one of your regular cleans!   We love rewarding our loyal customers for spreading the SCRUBS word!

Q:  What do you guarantee?

A:  Quality is our #1 goal. If any area or item we were scheduled to clean is not up to your standards, please do not re-clean the area. Simply call our office within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of any missed areas. We strive to keep customers happy and loyal.

Q:  Who cleans my home or office? How do you screen employees?

Q:  Since you employ students, what happens over the summer and holidays?

A:  Not to worry! Our team works year round and we’re open on most holidays. We do not close for summer break, winter break, or spring break.

Q:  What areas do you service?

A:  We currently service Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Powder Springs and surrounding areas. But we plan to expand soon!

Q:  How do I pay?

A:  We accept debit and credit cards and ask that you provide us with this information to hold an appointment. Or, you can leave a check made out to SCRUBS Cleaning Partners.

Q:  Must someone be at home when you clean?

A:  That’s totally up to you!  You can be home to let the SCRUBS team in and then come back towards the end, stay during the entire cleaning, or leave a key and not be home at all.

If your home is equipped with a security system, please make the necessary arrangement to give the team access to your home on the scheduled day. If you would like to give us an alarm code, we will keep it safe in your file.

Q:  What about my pet?

A:  Pets are family too! Please be sure to let us know if you have a pet before we come to clean. We don’t want to upset your pet with the introduction of new people, smells and noises. We do recommend that your pet not be at home (or left in a safe and comfortable space) to avoid undue stress.

We also offer dog walking / pet sitting as one of our concierge services. Ask us for more info!

Q:  Do you offer green cleaning?

A:  Yes. Taking care of the planet makes us happy, so all of the products we use are eco-friendly. You, your family, your employees, and the planet will all sleep better knowing their space is clean and non-toxic.

Q:  What do I need to supply?

A:  Nothing! SCRUBS Cleaning Partners provides all the necessary professional quality cleaning equipment and supplies. If you have a special product you prefer us to use, such as specific wood floor cleaner, granite cleaner or polish, we’ll be happy to use it. All our cleaning products are Non Toxic and used on the proper surfaces they are designed for. Our vacuums have double hepa-filtration systems and are of the highest quality in the industry.  Our supplies are eco-friendly, which is better for your family, your employees, and the planet.

Q:  Can you show up at a specific time of day?

A:  Committing to an exact time is often difficult, but we’ll listen to your needs and will try to accommodate them. Similarly, if you need to reschedule or will be late, please let us know.

Q:  What if I’m not happy with the completed work?

A:  We always strive to do an exceptional job (100% customer satisfaction every day!) and take your feedback seriously.  But if our team misses anything, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll send a team back to finish those areas to your satisfaction.
